PAX Owner OAuth

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

About this application

PAX Owner OAuth is a private OAuth authorization application for the owner of the PAX ecosystem. It is used to authorize selected software tools and workflows to access the owner's Google account resources. It is not a public consumer sign-in service.

Google data accessed

Depending on the Google API permissions currently authorized and the workflow initiated by the owner, connected tools may access Google Drive file listings, names, metadata, document and spreadsheet contents, and files. They may also create, upload and update Drive files and related content. Actual access is limited by the scopes granted through Google's consent flow and by the tool's implementation.

Purpose of use

Google data is accessed for the owner's authorized activities, including document retrieval, workspace operations, preparation of new documents and versions, and updates to project documentation.

Processing, storage and access controls

Authorized tools and their connected services may process Google data to perform requested operations. Handling and retention may differ between tools and environments. This page does not assert that data is never stored, transmitted, logged, or processed by third-party providers. Any such behavior must be assessed against the actual deployment and provider configuration.

The owner intends to prevent deletion of Drive files and to create a new version instead when replacement is needed. This is an operational policy, not a claim that Google OAuth scopes technically prevent deletion. Enforcement depends on each connected tool.

Sharing and disclosure

Google data may be handled by the software services and providers used to execute an owner-authorized workflow, subject to their applicable configurations and terms. This application is not presented as a general-purpose service for distributing Google data to other users.

Permissions and revocation

The account owner can review and revoke application access in their Google Account settings. Revoking access can stop connected workflows from accessing Google data until authorization is restored.
